Shipping
When you purchase our goods, either we or a third party will ship these goods to you. If a third party is used for shipping, the shipping will be governed by that third party’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies. Please contact us to gain access to the third party’s identity and policies.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $250 or more (after any discounts are applied). This offer is valid for orders shipping within the contiguous United States.
The $250 minimum is based on the subtotal of your order before taxes and after any applicable discounts or credits have been applied.
The transit time estimates provided at check out are from Shopify and cannot be honored by HealthForce. Fulfillment typically occurs within 2-business days and the transit time then depends on the carrier used; often FedEx Ground. You will receive tracking information from the website when your order is processed.
Freight shipping is an option for larger orders. If your order requires LTL shipping, the website will not provide tracking information. Please contact customer service is you need transit time or delivery information.
The Website cannot process shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Please contact customer service directly to place orders shipping to those locations.
Returns / Refunds
To ensure a smooth and efficient process for product returns and credits, please review ourupdated policy, effective immediately.
Return Requirements
All returns should include the following information:
- Reason for return
- Product name/description
- Lot number
- Expiration date
Verification
Returns will be verified against the original invoice to confirm the product was purchased from HealthForce.
Credit Issuance
- Credit will be issued for the original amount paid, as per invoice.
- Credits can be applied to future payments or orders, depending on your account
- type. Customer Service can assist in applying the credit to your account or future
- order.
Damaged Items
For items damaged during shipment, please provide photos of both the shipping box and the damaged products. This allows us to file a claim with the carrier if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not returnable, except on a case-by-case basis:
- Expired products
- Products nearing expiration
Credit Validity
All credit memos are valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
