HealthForce Policy on Product Claims & Communications

Purpose

This policy ensures that all HealthForce communications about our food-based supplements comply with FDA and FTC regulations and reflect our commitment to accuracy, honesty, and consumer trust. HealthForce does not make drug or disease claims as that violates FDA regulations. Supplement companies are allowed to make permissible structure/function claims and those are made responsibly.

Policy

HealthForce products are food-based nutritional supplements. We do not make disease claims or represent that any product prevents, treats, cures, or mitigates any medical condition.

All marketing, labeling, and communications must focus only on nutritional support and the normal structure or function of the body.

All retail outlets must comply with this policy. Retailers agree to abide by these guidelines if purchasing products from this website and/or HealthForce. 

 

Requirements

    • All product descriptions, labels, web content, social posts, and advertisements must be truthful, not misleading, and supported by credible evidence.

    • No unverified, exaggerated, or anecdotal claims may be used.

    • Required FDA disclaimers must appear wherever structure–function statements are made:

“These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”

    • Any new product descriptions or marketing materials must be reviewed by management or compliance staff before publication.

    • Employees and partners must not make personal or public statements about HealthForce products that could be interpreted as disease or medical claims.

Responsibility

This policy applies to all HealthForce employees, contractors, affiliates, marketing partners, and retailers. Compliance with this policy is mandatory for anyone creating, approving, or sharing product-related information.
